Lock Recommendation for e-bike to Thule XT3

Thinking of how I can best secure my new e-bike to the Thule Towbar rack, the rack locks to the towbar and the arms to the bike, but was thinking of a heavy duty chain etc. i am aware of the ratings and that Gold or Platinum is preferred by insurance companies but the choice is somewhat bewildering, I wondered if anyone had any recommendations? ideally it would be something that i can also use when out riding too. FYI, there will be either 1 or 2 bikes on the rack at the most and its for when I stop at the services on route or at the campsite mainly.

I use a Litelok as it's grinder proof. Pricey though..!

Litelock Core Plus? was one of the ones I was looking at....
