Can someone explain the point/reason for the light by the bench/ fridge, and how to turn it off, please.

Can someone explain the point/reason for the light by the bench/ fridge, and how to turn it off, please.

Do you mean the light that runs along the sink, hob and fridge? If so, there is a toggle switch at the end of the panel behind the passenger seat. The other toggle switch illuminates the cupboard internally.
The purpose is probably just ambient light.
