Hello i have a problem i cant solve.
My old leisure batteries in my T6.1 froze this winter. The display said Batterly low charge now.
I went to a dealer and got them replaced 2x 80ah AGM Nordmax battery .
Everything fine so far but the car dont accept it.
I see the voltage goes up to 14.2V 2A. But the car still dont recognise them as new full batteries and the panel dies when i turn of the car.
I heard you need to register new battery and i have the OBD11 followed instructions for Gateway: Adaptation and change the value to 80Ah old value was 75AH. But still nothing. And the cells wont come up and it has the red triangle. And warning for low battery. See pictures.
How do i reset them and make the car to accept the new batteries. Vw dealership couldmt help me up north in sweden becaise they havent worked with campervans and leisure batteries.
Any solution? How to do when replacing batteries that are completly dead to new ones. Please
