Is this T6.1 front bumper trim/spoiler factory fit? Insurance are refusing to pay for damage

I ran over something which managed to snap the front spoiler right at the end where it attaches to the inside of the wheel arch.I also had some suspension damage so put it through insurance. My insurer is saying are saying they won't pay out for this part as it is not factory fit and is an aftermarket add-on. I bought the van at 2 years old and just assumed it was all factory standard. Would any of you know? it's a 2023 T6.1 California Ocean
Also I'd like to identify the manufacturer so I can find a direct replacement if I have to otherwise I'm left with whatever is behind it - I'm assuming screw holes etc. where this was fitted which isn't going to look very pretty.....

Non-standard part. VW did supply them, as did other suppliers like VDUB.

Thanks Sticky, that's useful It does look similar but theirs seem to be bundled in kits like side skirts, grilles etc. As far as I can tell there's nothing else on the van apart from this bit. I'm going to ask the body shop to remove it and hope there's no visible screw holes etc where they mounted it and just have it back to standard. If there's fixing holes then I'll have to look a bit closer at something to replace it.
