Inks seat cover problem

I'm having problems with my Inka seat cover order.
I ordered a set of covers over 2 weeks ago that was supposedly in stock.
I have chased them for an update but found they no longer receive or accept tel calls and have found they won't respond to my emails.
I would not recommend buying from these people.
Has anyone else had problems with Inka?

If you scroll down below this Post you will see links to previous posts about Inka seat covers and delivery problems etc. The seat covers get good reviews when they arrive but Customer Service is abysmal.

I ordered mine at the end of January. I knew from the reviews that they would take a while, but their customer service is terrible. I have been getting responses by email, and had a couple of phone calls, but despite a promise of delivery on the 20th of April, I still do not have them. TBH I am now at the point of asking for a full refund.
