Inka Corp - safe to buy?

Hi folks. I've searched and seen a few posts which say Inka Corp can be a bit hit and miss on customer service and delivery times. Want to order seat covers from them. Also seen on Facebook that some people are saying they are a scam company. Does anyone have recent experience of them, i.e. last few months? I don't mind waiting in terms of delivery time, but obviously don't want to be forking out £500 if they're going to run off with my £ and they don't arrive! Would appreciate a steer if anyone aware.

If any other suggestions re 2nd skin type covers, other than Brandrup, or Jackyards, please let me know. I don't want a loose fit.

I bought secondhand brandrups from this forum and I’m very happy with them..

I bought 2nd hand Branderup skins too. They wash really well but a pain to fit!
However, you cannot see them once they're on and really are very slick.

PS you should only be paying £200-300 for a full set of 2nd hand branderup covers. I have just see a set for £400 which seems overpriced to me.

Thanks that's helpful. If some 2nd hand ones come up we'd take, but we've got dogs and want them asap so may have to go full price.

Yeah normally I'd be the same, we just really like the Inka Corp ones. Such a shame, why run a business if folk aren't sure of the service! I'll keep my eye out on 2nd hand ones but we want them asap so may have to bite the bullet on new. Thanks.

Thanks, will keep an eye out. Noted, and had seen that - I'm not the most practically patient so will be sure to leave plenty of time!!

Absolutely shocking service. No idea what they do but over 4 months from payment to delivery, a series of excuses and ultimately deliver something other than was ordered due to what was in stock at time of shipping. I tried to cancel 3-4 times and get a refund and got ignored. Not worth the experience and nowhere to leave an honest review!

Thank you. Thats the recent experience I needed to hear. Will avoid, and very sorry to hear about your experience. Out of curiosity what did they send you and is quality good even though they’re different to what you ordered?

Quality is ok, no fitting instructions so not been able to get the front covers to stay in position and one of the headrest covers was torn at the seam.

I had ordered a particular logo and colour which apparently was not in stock after 3 months of waiting so I ended up with different embroidery.

Avoid Inkacorp like the plague.

Terrible company, promise a 10-12 working day turn around before ordering.

2 months on I'm still waiting for my covers.

Every week, they say next week.

I'm not sure how they have disabled Google Reviews.

I've given them 1 more week to get them made and sent, failing that I want a refund, they'll have 2 weeks to do that.

Thankfully I've paid by credit card.

It's a shame, I really liked the design and I'm struggling to find other companies that make the same kind of thing.

Utterly sick to the back teeth with this company.
