I'll post an update to this thread as I feel it's only reasonable.
So, long story short, I ordered my seat covers back at the end of February, I actually picked them up 26th of May as I had an un-planned trip back to the UK and was actually driving past Leicester.
I met with the chap who I can only assume is in charge of things and he seems to be a decent fella.
I think there are two parts to the issues, they are struggling to find staff to actually produce the covers, they are hand made on site.
Apparently they had overseas customers services and there was non realistic communication between customer services and production.
I also ordered a screen cover from Rainbow Screens and they were upfront from the start, they are handmade and it will be 10-12 weeks delivery.
This would definitely be something Inkacorp need to implement.
So, the company exists and does come up with the goods, unfortunately they are struggling to meet demand.
I will say the covers are very good quality and fit like a glove....a very tight glove which will have you sweating like a mad man when fitting, but the end result is good!!
You do have to put some effort into fitting them and I was always a little conserned I might damage them whilst fitting, but as long as you don't fit them like a silver back Gorilla with two brain cells, you'll be good.
So, in summary, the product is very good and I'm finally glad I went through the agro to get them.
The company does deserve to do well, just hope they can get production up to meet demand.
Customer service (in responding to emails) has been good and the phone lines are open...
It's a shame, it's great they produce in the UK, it's a bummer they have such problems meeting demand.
