How to isolate Leisure Batteries while driving?

Hi, in t6.1 (Ocean) anyone knows what happens disconecting the two small wires that drive the split charge relay under the seat?
Ok, relay stays open and leisure batteries won't charge while driving.
But I suppose it will give a signal of error, anyone knows?

Why I would like to install a manual switch on those wires? Because I'm tired in starting a trip with LB full and arrive with batteries not so full.
Ok I know there are dc/dc to replace the switch, but the van is under warranty and such variations could create problems.
I see often two annoying problems
1) 100% LB on ehu (but engine battery 80%,...ehu in t6.1 doesn't charge engine battery..NEVER..tested with multimeter many times). Start engine, LB will discharge charging engine (you can see often -19A without other reason)
2) before dpf regen batteries discharge at high rates (-20A, -30) for 20 to 45 minutes, it "makes space" for the 10minutes of the regen when alternatore pump till 60-70A. Both phases (discharge and recharge) override completely the "Max charge" function (not only in my van, tested).

A simple way would be install a manual swtich (a switch, two conectors same as the originals of relay, so that I can disconect easily the switch and put the original conector in his place), in order to isolate the LB and connect again when I want to charge them.

But the question is, diagnostic reads the "lack" of the relay?
Also, with LB disconected could the alternator ruin the engine battery? (I don't know if it reads there are no more 3 batteries and adapt Ampere in charging).

Thanks
