Hi All,
Can anyone advise the part number for the above on a 2010 T5.1 Cali SE.
Incredibly, our local van centre, Coventry, from which the van was bought new, and lavished with £££££££care ever since, say they won't tell me!!
They are happy to charge £70 for part and £90 to fit though.
Would rather burn the money than give it to them, so would ask if anyone knows part number so I can make sure whatever I buy is right one.
Any suggestions on where to buy appreciated too...
Many thanks

Compatible lights on Ebay are less than £20. I bought one a couple of years ago as I only needed to use the red glass. The quality seems ok and it seems to be identical to the VW original.
Be warned, to fit it the internal trim needs to be removed. I found this a bit tricky.

Part bought and fitted today.
When I originally spoke with Listers VW Cov and Stratford, they denied there had ever been a problem or a campaign to replace (even with me telling them the campaign number)!!
It was clear from the off that this wasn't the first time it had been replaced, and as I'm second owner and have had the van for nearly ten years, I suspect VW had been in previously.
Thanks to all the advice on here, I went armed with tiny flat blade to remove cover caps from blind hook, the exact same tent peg puller suggested by another, but also a glazing paddle which was really really useful to put some force on correct places.
All pretty straightforward to the point of putting back together.
As others have said, pull straight down on side clips and then pull perpendicular to door downwards to release clips and locators at head.
Putting back together took a little longer with a lot of patience. The clips can move in their retainers, so good to line up first particularly at the head.
To better assist alignment at the head, place some tape to easily show clip and slot locations. Working at the head only gently offer up, and feel with your finger to align. Once all four aligned push or soft punch to snap in which also places the additional clip details in the trims into location in the door.
Once done, carefully align side clips - you can see these just- and soft punch into place.
Redo all above when you realise you cannot locate the screws for the blind hook!!
Once removed, found that a couple of the metal clips had bent and had to massage back into shape along with adjusting the bracket position. Am pretty sure they were already like that as once all back in place, the positioning was much improved on how it had been before.
All in about an hour with a little 'holding' assistance from the boy!! Hopefully the pics will make sense.
