I have a 2024 VW California Ocean 6.1. Since the first year, the auxiliary batteries haven't worked properly, and the control unit has shown a decreasing range in hours, even when it's plugged into a campsite's electrical grid.
Last May, I took it to the Volkswagen dealership in Pamplona, and after they tested it for three weeks, it's had the same problems again. It's been happening ever since, and I have to take it back to the dealership on May 18th.
This is the main problem with the van, but there are others as well.
I'd like to share information with other Volkswagen California Ocean 6.1 owners and hear about their experiences because the dealership says they've never had a similar problem.
