I used Sheffield for first time for service / Mot, DSG oil change, and a couple of warranty jobs and was impressed.
There is still no parking but when you drive onto the yard a chap tells you where to leave your van so not a problem.
Got a 3 minute video of the inspection, tyre wear, discs and pads condition etc and the technician confirmed that bed hinges and fridge catch need replacing under warranty ( both known problems ) but they would need authorisation from VW to proceed and that can take up to 48hrs.
They gave me the choice whether to collect van after service and re-book for warranty jobs or leave it with them, which I did.
They had it 6 days in total, bed fixed, fridge catch replaced, van runs great, can’t complain.
