Hello from NL! Question on messaging and VIP membership.

Hi everyone, I've had a 2022 (or is it 2021? I don't recall) T6.1 Coast for about 6 months now. I've read a lot of helpful things on this forum and would like to say "Thanks!", first and foremost.

I cannot figure out how to directly message, so am sorry for the spam: I tried and failed to become a VIP member, so I could access downloads. When I attempted pay, it did not go through for reasons I cannot determine. I used the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the website, but have not heard back from anyone, so I will ask here: will a moderator/admin please reach out to me to help me become a VIP--thank you!

And... how does one member directly message another? (Lemme guess--this is for VIPs ;-)

Hi I have not seen any messages from yourself what happens when you try and subscribe?

Above is my first post. When I try to subscribe, it gets all the way through some of the PayPal things, to where I can use a credit card (I do not use PayPal, and would prefer not to). Then something just fails and I get an error message about the card not being OK (but, I use the card elsewhere, and in several countries and currencies, without issue.)

If the club has a bank account I am happy to make a direct transfer if we cannot figure out the credit card thing. I figured that perhaps others had experienced similar issues, but maybe it is something particular to my card. It is a Wise Visa... I have had no issues with it anywhere else, so I attributed any failings to PayPal.
