Heading out in October

We are planning to go to a site in Gloucester from Berkshire on weekend of 17th with one other couple (a total of 4 people two households 3 dogs). I have put this in a spreadsheet and I think the CV computer says yes?

Thoughts?

At the moment I think that's OK, as long as the other household is not under any stricter lockdown that Berks (e.g. from Lancashire).
Also, I think if you had cats, rather than dogs, it would be a no-go.
