German Low Emissions Zone

I’m travelling via Germany to Austrian and Switzerland next month. I previously bought a green low emission sticker from the Berlin state website however the links on line no longer seem to work. Has anyone bought one recently, I really don’t want to pay over the odds through a 3rd party site.

You only need it if you are entering certain built up areas. Not needed if just travelling through on major roads. But if you’ve booked overnight stops, then you might depending upon where they are.
