Gear linkage t4 cali

[Bazarati 1]

Hi All I’ve got an on going problem with my t4 it’s had x3 gear linkage bush (think that’s the term) replaced. Sunday broke down again it’s been repaired by trust worthy people the last time who said 99.9% shouldn’t happen again!
Is this a weak point on these gearbox’s has anybody done anything different to solve or is there an after market kit that sorts the problem any suggestions/help would be great.
So annoying!

non-original part replacement, as the originals are hard to find?
