Gas connection woes.

Hiya, I picked up a 2021 California Ocean at the weekend. Looks like it doesn't have the standard gas connection. Bought the parts to return to standard but unable to remove the existing pipe - the nut unscrews but then starts spinning at the end. Is it likely to be the inner connection has seized and brute force is required to pull it out? I'm very wary of damaging the connection on water tank .
Failing that does anybody know what the pictured connection is and what I would need to connect it to a CG907?

Thanks @briwy for the pictures. Fitted it all today. The gas tube has an inner plastic type lining, very difficult to fit tubing, but with judicious use of an electric paint stripper to warm the connectors got the tubing fitted and fuel line clamps. No leaks, even with the Quick Release fitting...
