Hi there we had an unfortunate event on Saturday night after dropping my daughter off at Edinburgh uni we went to camp late at night and just as we were putting the pop top up the whole thing collapsed unfortunately we couldn't sleep in the lower bed of our California as we had taken the back shelf off. Any recommendations on where to get it fixed and looked at? Our nearest VW is Cowfold but not sure if that is a good place looking at reviews on here. Could try SMG Tonbridge but very difficult to drop off and get on public transport. The whole service panel has also had to be removed so it needs a lot of attention. We were able with the help of AA to get it back down after about 1.5 hours and drive it all the way back to Lewes beeping strapped and with clingfilm!
