Fixing brackets for trapezoid side bars

Could anyone help? I have a pair of chrome trapezoid side bars but I don’t have the fixing brackets - Does anyone know where I could acquire these? Unfortunately my Son purchased them second hand for me but the guy didn’t give him the fixings - thank you
