hi - sorry for the question as there are number of threads but I am still a little unclear.
our van battery (t6.1 coast mY20) went flat because we had not used for sometime. I was going to get a battery maintainer (something like a CTEK) ...but some of the threads on here suggest that if plug in the EHU then this will keep both the leisure and the engine battery charged.
would it possible for someone to clarify this? so I can just plug in the van (its in garage so easy to do) once a week or something overnight?
much appreciated
Just adding both engine and leisure are now fully charged via AA/driving/EHU - so this is about avoid the flat battery in the future. its the first time it happened due to longer period between use in colder weather I imagine.
