Electric Side Door closing issue.

Hi all,

Has anyone found the need to replace the rollers and or close mechanism on their electric side door. I am experiencing rollers crunching and it sounds like they are pushing grit however all seems clear? Suggestions are welcome. 2019 T6 Beach.
