Eco flow Wave 3 Air Conditioner

Hi, liked and very interested to see your solution compared to mine (posted/photographed earlier in thread). Thank you for sharing.
A few thoughts below.

Pros
1) Takes up less space on worktop internally
2) No vent pipes to carry and connect
3) Less noisy inside but see below perhaps noisier outside
4) water discharges outside van rather than into container.

Cons
1) Difficult but perhaps not impossible to fully weatherproof unit and van compared to front window closing onto weather seals and with weatherproofed vents
2) Noisy outside? may cause complaints
3) can’t use window blind above, tho easily resolved
4) unable to direct cold air into back of cali where there is dead airflow and therefore hottest.
5) Leaves Van and unit insecure compared to solution locked into front window.

I don’t know if this is relevant, and forgive me for this is my very first post, but I took a different approach. The window above the kitchen fits the business end of the ecoflow wave 3 almost perfectly. Been doing some diy to make it airtight. I’m not much of a diy-er as you can clearly see in the images. Any suggestions on how to make it “cleaner”?

Well, Keroboki that's original, I like it, how does it perform?

We've just returned from a trip to France & Spain where we used our Wave3 for the first time, it performed really well!

I did try to get info on a front window solution, but no joy, so solutionised myself, it works a treat! I'll post some pics soon.

I have just bought a wave3 + battery for my Ocean, road tripping through the heat wave makes it unbearable at the back , and the aircon on my T5 simply not powerful enough to keep us cool while driving.

So planning to be using it on battery and plugged in the onboard 150w socket While driving. Keen to figure out venting via drivers side sliding windows.

Searched but not found slide window vents for California on eBay … any input will be much appreciated

As previously posted and pictured on this thread, the vents as shown were manufacturer by Trident Labs, Grosvenor House, Belgrave Lane Plymouth. Devon PL4 7DA. You are right they are not selling them on EBay any more but you could try contacting them to see if they would print a pair for you. I paid £65. Worth every penny as made of heat resistant plastic, weatherproof and the ducts lock in.

Update - it works really really well!
Totally cools down the whole van it is so much better than fans (even though I quite like a fan)
Also I sorted the upstairs problem and both down and upstairs are brought down to 20c ish when it is 36c outside. So my advice is to buy the window seal thing from EcoFlow and then the pipes come inside from outside. I then bought a 60mm pipe from a car company and a 100mm to 60mm converter and then used the clamp from a caliheat (£35) if you don’t have one) - total cost to me without the caliheat bit was about £18. Also lastly the EcoFlow bag for the air con unit is brilliant, also I would advise regular cleaning of the filters
It takes about 10 mins to set up and id only ever have it outside it’s just too big, the cord is long enough to connect to the mains connection, just leave the door ajar a little. Finally you obviously need hook up as in hot weather it’s pulling 500w consistently meaning the battery is dead in 2 hours

I also have a dd campervan tarp which slots in the near side (uk passenger awning channel) very quickly and this sorts the rain problem
We were in Slovenia and having a lovely day by pool then it got windy and rainy and I slotted the tarp in the awning rail as above and it protected the wave 3 nicely without it being enclosed so air could circulate
