Dealer network shrinking?

Got this email earlier in the week (I was all excited assuming it was telling me my van was starting to be built!) - I'm not sure who is no longer a dealer as all the ones I've spoken to are still there

As part of the Twhateveritis rollout they announced last year they would be reducing the selling network considerably. I believe to 10. One assumes this is the next phase of this.
