Controller button help please?

We've bought a replacement control panel knob from campervan bits. Ours was getting loose afraid we wouldnt be able to bring top down. Watched the videos. But we can't get the control panel out. On the videos it pops out easily. Can anyone help? About to go on a trip! Thanks in advance.

You need some trim removal tools. I also found the panel tricky to get out. But it did come eventually. Can't remember exactly how I got it out though

Thanks so much! We know now we are not alone. That helps. They make it look so easy. Got it out with screwdriver. Now we need special tool for electrical part. OH ordering from screw fix. Hopefully get it in next hour. Fingers crossed!

T10 Torx screwdriver, although it might be worth buying a set just in case my memory fails me and it is a smaller size.

Yes we got a set. See campervanbits instructions. We used a T5.
