Hi there. I’m interested in this, but I have a couple of questions:

Is it memory foam or reflex foam?
Does it go on top of the VW Comfort Mattress or the small parcel shelf one?

It is reflex foam.

When unfolded it covers the whole bed area. When folded it fits on top of the rear part of the bed behind the seats.
