Clean water storage

Hi all, clean water storage tank is showing full all the time. I have accessed the float and moved it up and down, no change in reading on the display. Any pointers greatly appreciated.

I don't think there is much nuance to the water gauge on the screen - it seems like it's either full, mostly full, half full, mostly empty or empty. Assuming that you've emptied the water tank and there's still no change to the display?

Yeah, thought that might be the case regarding the gauge and should have mentioned the tank is physically empty but showing full. Cheers for coming back.
