as you know I have supported this thread and encouraged other to book club camping.

With respect! this is about a Cali forum and community, some of us have non Cali friends that we will be camping with. See post #7

I didn't realise you were that precious about the Club Camping, surely it's about the whole scene ?

@GillianC , thanks for the likes, I'm actually saddened by Chris's pettiness and attitude in two of his recent posts in This thread, particularly as I always fully support the club camping thread . - see previous posts.

I guess Chris thinks if you're not actually in club camping area you're not a proper Cali owner or forum Member?

@Perfectos you were trying to be helpful and encourage other Cali owners to grab a last minute ticket and go along to meet other club members. Why you would put that in a separate non-club camping thread I have no idea.

Yes, even if you aren’t on the club pitch go along and introduce yourselves. They are a friendly bunch (honestly!) and it’s a great opportunity to look at other people’s vans and accessories. It could prove expensive though when you come away with a long ‘must have’ list.
Please also look at my informal meet at Back of Beyond later in the year. We are spread around the site but all socialise and get together in the bar during the evening.

Sorry @Perfectos just misinterpreted the intentions of your post. I’m certainly not precious about club camping, but I do enjoy trying to get members together for the social aspect, it’s always a great weekend away with Cali owners.

What intentions?
My intentions are clear , to get VW enthusiastic people involved in VW events !

I Supported this thread and the forum 100% ?

you are too precious about your "version " of "club camping", IMO you're not interested in the Cali /VW vibe unless it's "club Cali" for me it's a real snub, a Snub that I won't forget.
