Bathroom shelves support

Hello all. Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with their bathroom shelf support(s) coming loose? If so, what did you do about it? Not sure how these are fitted but they do not seem very robust.

Hi KP01. Thanks for your reply. How does that fix the problem? Does that bracket ensure that less load is placed on the support piece that’s attached to the wall?

Maybe I misunderstood. I thought you were getting frustrated with the shelves coming loose, as they often do when trying to get larger bottles and tubs out and in. These clips hold the shelves in place.

I put a bead of silicon behind them. They stuck fast after that.

i have had two come off and have tried very strong 3M outdoor/indoor double sided tape but they still come off. was going to try silicone next as mentioned above.

There is a VW technical bulletin (TPI) released due to adhesive failure on the shelves. Check with your local dealer to see if you can get it rectified.
