It’s a 6mm Kador rail. There is not, to my knowledge a 7mm strip, so in all likelihood yours is actually 6mm. It would help to see the sun awning side to know if it would just slide straight in or if you need something else.

Edit
Just looked at the manual and it seems the awning comes with a 5 or 8mm fixing. You could use the 5, would be fine, or if you need to leave it up and drive away buy a figure of 8 set.

We have resolved our problem with the awning, our van is in fantastic condition, it's 22yrs old, I assume the the rubber awning retainer strip is the same age and has weathered and lost it's density (my opinion). We locked on the Internet and we found a German company that had the replacement rubber strip, fantastic service, ordered on the Saturday and received on the Wednesday retains the awning perfectly.
Problem solved with expenditure.
