So I was in a camping yesterday and late in the evening enabled the heater to warm the car up. It worked fine (as it did in the preceding days) for some time and then an alert on the touchscreen came up stating that there's a problem with Aux heater and the thing turned off. I had plenty of diesel left (half a tank), so it's not an issue.
In the app I got similar message:

I've tried finding a fuse (manual is very shitty) - pulled some that was labeled Aux heater under the hood (not sure if it's the engine Aux heater or the camping one) - that didn't help. Tried running the engine for some time, no luck either.
So, since it's quite cold, I had to stop camping and head into the night to drive home.
Halfway the error just disappeared...
This looks very unreliable to me, no means to reset it, no idea how to fix.
And can leave you stranded in the cold.
Any ideas? Should I take it to the service? Since it works now - no idea what they will do.
