Any one having "b104c29 Key - Range/Performance" errors (not key battery related for sure)? Clues to solve?

Hi all, I have an intermittent "b104c29 Key - Range/Performance" code coming up on a diag, and it does occasionally end in a "key not found" error, which after one or two attempts goes away & the Cali starts. Its NOT the key battery for sure. Any thoughts? T5 2014 with no mods other than the 'accidental aero restyle' my partner has given to three of its corners.

Do you have another key ?

If so switch keys to see if the problem persists.

Then at least you'll know if it's the key or the van

Do you have any USB chargers or other chargers fitted (inc in power sockets also Dashcam etc) ? Unfortunately some of these devices even if they are supposedly EC marked can badly interfere with some of the keyfob frequencies.
