Another heads up for Verotronics repair service

The control panel on our 2005 Cali lost its display, tried Pulsart's DIY fix (thank you for posting that!) but after a few weeks it failed again, so followed advice on this forum and posted the unit to Verotronics in the Netherlands. Just received it back and it now works perfectly. Excellent quick service, cost about 130 euros including postage and VAT. The website www.verotronics.nl is in Dutch but you can fill in the online repair form in English and get updates in English from the very helpful Miriam. Highly recommended.

Could you please let me know what commodity code/HS Code you used for shipping the CCU to Verotronics?

I dont remember needing a shipping code. You no longer need to post to the Netherlands, there's a guy in Folkestone who specialises in electronic equipment repairs including the Cali control panel.
