American style towbar

Could anyone recommend a towbar fitter who could fit a similar towbar to that shown in the picture? It’s an American style one suitable for the tandem carrier I’ve got my eye on getting

Call me out if I’m wrong..but I thought they were illegal in the UK….

I think you might be right there. I didn’t think to check since I had seen the one in the photo. From the bit of googling I have now done as long as the 2” receiver is uk type certified then all is well but I don’t think there are any aftermarket ones available unless anyone else out there knows better? Thanks for your feedback.
