I have just renewed my car insurance (not the Cali) and having updated my status from employed to retired have received a very small refund and my policy renewal amount for the coming year has been reduced.
The Cali is insured with Admiral (different company to the car). I was wondering if anyone has updated their status to retired and what their experience was. I was wondering if a refund would be given for not commuting, or if the premium may go up as I now have more time for travel and holidays.
