I just bought a used Grand California 600.

There's a 12V socket (max 20A) in the rear storage compartment.
Do I need an adapter?
If so, where can I buy one?

I'm afraid you will have to be a little more forthcoming with some information.
The device, make model would help.
How is it powered at home?
Mains direct?
Mains transformer and voltage output?
USB A or C charging?
Rechargeable battery powered and how it is recharged at home?
You could also contact the company and ask if/ how you can use the item from a 12v socket in a campervan?
Some medical devices can be very sensitive to voltage changes and may not work with the variable voltages from a vehicle.
