1 year wait for replacement sink

Our 4 year old Ocean has a couple of very small rust spots. (Reported at 2 years of age). Nearly a year arguing with VW about a Warrenty claim. Dealer and VW eventually agreed to swap last summer.

We have been waiting since for the sink to come available. I have involved VW customer services who haven't been of use. VW cannot (or won't) give a date on when it will be available.

Has anyone else had an issue on getting a replacement ?

Modus operandi

Look at the roof cap , 180 EGR / engine, T6 head unit, roof seal, T6.1 sagging roof & bellows debacle, To mention a few.

VW deny everything and deny the customer a proper fix, despite evidence to the contrary.

I bet if you were paying for a new sink to be fitted it would be available in a matter of weeks
