Hi all, I wonder if anyone could kindly help me sort my latest problem please? On connecting my GC600 to the electric hook up on two different camp sites and trying two different lengths of cable, it is not charging the leisure battery. Nor is my GC600 moving into camping mode (I.e. headlights off, step staying out). The control panel is NOT showing electric hook up, but all electrical sockets are working to power the kettle and toaster. Any thoughts/guidance much appreciated, as always.

Very likely the connector has come loose from the mains charger under the passenger seat.

Many thanks Gordon, again! I'm currently on the Brora C&MC site and will investigate ASAP. I'll post the outcome, but I'm very hopeful. Kind regards,

No problem. Look for a black kettle plug type connector on the side of the charger. It’s a common problem as there is no retention mechanism on those type of connectors. If that’s well seated then the other possibility is the circuit breaker in the utility cupboard.

Hi again, sorry to have to continue with this problem. GordonH you mention the battery being situated under the passenger front seat. Is this covered by a metal black lid. My basic understanding was that the leisure battery was housed under the bonnet. (Photo attached). And the vehicle battery housed, sealed under the centre by the handbrake. Many thanks,

That is correct, the leisure battery is under the bonnet, but what Gordon was referring to was the battery charger which is located under the passenger seat. There is a kettle style plug lead which has a habit of becoming unplugged, check under the seat for this charger and check it is plugged in properly.

Look for it from passenger side footwell, the charger is under the front of the seat, and plug is on drivers side of the charger
