Witches Hat and catch plate T5 sliding door

Hi all. Can anyone recommend a supplier for genuine witches hat and catch plate for the RHD sliding door on the Cali / T5? I have an annoying creaking noise when driving on uneven roads and speed bumps and i suspect mine need replacing. Also, is there a torque setting for the bolts? Many thanks

Thanks Triple Bee, we have already lubricated the seals but I was very conscious to loosen it a fraction at a time. I have added the relevant torx key to my tools in the Cali just in case in needs tightening. However with the way things are we are never far from home at the minute
