Hi I need help

Morning does anybody know of a repair person garage in stoke on Trent or Staffordshire area Iv had a problem with error codes on water tank and waste tank. I have had new tap, new waste sensor and yesterday the water pump as there was power going to it but wasn't working but the new one is not working so before I spend more I want someone who knows calis. Thanks for any help Alwyn

I would read this thread, the issue is not the same, but the corroded connector under the cupboard is a common place where all the items you have have described run through. it is easy to visually check.

What error codes are shown on the Control Panel and have you cleared them?


Check Control Panel Diagnostics.

Control Panel Off and wait 30 secs

Control Panel On

Press and Hold R lower button and then press Control Knob for 5 secs.

New Hidden Menu . Scroll to VW Diagnostics.

If there are any codes shown, take note and then Reset/Clear.

Return to Main Menu.

Switch Off Control Panel using L lower button. Wait 30 secs and Switch On.

Hi no error codes im cleaning the cables under sink later today. Thanks all for help ill let you know tomorrow.

Cleaned plug under sink using contact cleaner
and electric tooth brush and pulling fuse out still no error codes but tap or pump no working. Thank for help.

Do you have the rear shower option and if so can you hear the pump run if you operate the shower switch ?

sorry late getting back been away no shower thanks. Still no error codes so going to book into a garage to test the wiring when I find one. Thanks for help

The pump won’t throw error codes as it is a purely wired from fuse via tap switch (T5/T6). Is it possible the pump is running but just no water. The reason for asking is that other members have had the water pipe at the pump come off, so it just pumps into the tank, other people have had the pump float to the surface as if hasn’t been correctly located in the tank, and thus the pick up is out the water. If you have ruled that out you could just put 12v straight onto the pump connector and see if it runs and then that narrows the issue down.

If you have a look in the water fill point with the cap off you might be able to see / hear what is going on without having to take the tank lid off.
