Glamptray hanging table recommendation

Hi, SWMBO came up with this suggestion for the next Cali purchase : a table that naghs off the sliding door.
This one in the photo is on amazon for £73 I am not sure it will work with the awning on the same side of the door..
Then on etsy there are a couple others for £42 - 70.

has anyone got something similar? recommendations ?

It raises two questions for me.

1. What happens when you inevitably realise you need something from inside and have to open the door.

2. Is it going to damage the door or paintwork.

Personally, I don't think I'd bother. A similar size table with small folding legs would be easy to make.

It would work fine without , I presume a driveaway awning. But if you did have such an awning then it would foul the awning opening the door so would have to be removed each time.

I wouldn't fancy opening and shutting the door with things on that.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the benefit over a regular 4 leg table. unless its to be used whilst driving ?

And in the end it was the outwell that we got. Nice waterproof bamboo perfect for the aperitivo on the go
