Roof canvas coming away from roof

[The Little Red Cali]

I’m guessing this is what people are talking about when they refer to the bellows coming away from the roof… please feel free to advise. For reference we’re currently in France temperature in the 30’s. TIA .
Edit… In addition this has happen on both front corners. Ocean T6.1 2021. I’ve tried reattaching but only 1 side appears to have been (temporarily?) successful… will partially lower the roof have have another go once it’s cooled down a little.

Happened to ours. I popped mine back in but it came out again a few days later. Easy fix for the dealer. They glued it back in when the van was in for a service.

Okay, so update… it is okay on the passenger side (for the time being) but it appears there is fractionally more tension on the drivers side so… despite giving me the impression it was okay… it pulled out once I’d raised the roof. @The Little Red Cali which dealership did you use? TIA Chris

The whole of the roof seal looks unlike a standard roof seal

What's the black infill in between the side seal and the white paint ?

The “white paint” I believe is just dirt/bird pooh etc and the like. I’ve included another photo in an attempt/hope to clear up any doubts?

I used Liverpool as that’s my nearest Cali dealership. If my van was out of warranty I would’ve done it myself. They used sikaflex to stick it back in. You can’t use the pop top for 48 hours until it bonds properly.
