Hi, I have the seemingly common sagging hydraulic roof on my 72 plate T6.1 Ocean. Does anyone know of a repair centre around the midlands, assuming VW won’t have much of a clue? Also, I’ve seen estimates on other threads of £1,000 - £2,000, which sounds a lot for a pump!!!

The pump is around 1200 before fitting. Give Kernow Transporters a call

There is a problem with the 2022 pumps they have swarf in them and it rips the seals mine went into the vw dealer 7 times before they admitted the problem and replaced the pump £1800 without labour costs all done under warranty if it’s been in before the warranty expired they should replace it for you but you have to be stand your ground

But they have a ridiculous TPI which says it has to drop 10 - 20 CMS in 72 hours but if it's dropping a lot, the auto-correction means that never happens.

Also, aren't dealers now charging for warranty investigation. 7 visits would be quite an expense...

Any dealer recommendation or how to overcome the TPI appreciated.

Thanks, any idea what the warranty period is?
3 yrs from 1st registration unless you have the 2 Yr extension bought at purchase in which case 5 yrs.
