YesCampervan - any one have their phone number?

I bought 2 items 9 days ago from YesCampervan.co.uk and need to return them. Their website says I need them to provide me with a returns reference before I return them. I have emailed them twice and sent a message via Facebook, and used their online form, but so far they have not contacted me. I have only 30d from receipt (7 days ago) to return the items, and am on holiday soon for 10 days, so I am getting concerned my 30d window will expire. Does anyone have their phone number? Or any other way of contacting them? Thanks

I wouldn’t worry about the 30 day window, you already have proof of contacting them for a returns number…it’s up to them now

That will certainly be my fallback position. It is disappointing though, I expected more from a small family business. Amazon is easier

I had a very good experience with them when I ordered the wrong item and needed to swap it.

I suspect they are on holiday, or something.

If that is the case then not difficult to setup an Automated Reply confirming email delivery and reason for not replying.

In truth I haven’t heard anything bad about them, seem pretty good overall

Hopefully not necessary but maybe start a diary log of events so far. should it become an issue later down the line you will have your notes rather than trying to remember everything. Hope you get it sorted

Good news, they responded today to my Facebook post. It seems they never received either of my emails for my request submitted via their online form. However, they are happy to accept my return, and say no return number is needed. So all good now.
