Beach Roof - Black Rollers

we’ve had our Beach 2 years but have just noticed that the 2 Black rollers that guide the rooof mechanism are loose - in fact one side had popped off and the crunching noise as it caught in the mechanism highlighted the issue.

we also found a washer loose in the recess where the roof fits

does anybody know please if they are supposed to be loose or am I missing a part that holds them in place?

has anyone seen a schematic for the Beach roof mechanism?

Which parts do you mean? I have a Comfortline (Ocean), so I don't really know.

Circlip for T2 VW Bay Sliding Door Hinge and VW T25 Gear Linkage Pin

Not the same, but if you have the measurements of the roller, you should be able to find something.
Any retainer will do as long as it clips in place.

Put the roller onto the spigot and put the circlip into the recess on the end of the spigot to retain the roller
