View from/of your van.

Well….: a 2-month trip took us through eastern France, and then the whole of the Italian Adriatic coast with longer stop overs in Lago Maggiore and in Puglia (Gargano national park). Next a ferry across to mainland Greece , a stay in Lefkada, then off to Athens for another ferry to one of the islands off the coast of Turkey. 10 glorious days with friends who live there. Then the trip back North along the other side of the Adriatic Sea, so Albania, Montenegro, and longer stays in Croatia. The last bit of the trip took us to the Dolomites where again we spent some time. The whole trip was done in September and October, with autumn colours coming through. I guess goose pimples when I think back of this trip. This year, we are contemplating the Baltic states…..

Port Mor Campsite on Islay.

Over for the whisky festival. First pic is of the sun setting and the other is our view out from the pitch over looking Loch Inandaal with the moon.

Cae Du, near Tywyn, Wales a couple of nights ago.

The campsite is up on a cliff above a mostly stony beach. Amenities are somewhat basic.

Had an amazing lightning show coupled with strong gusts of winds, but would definitely visit again. Spectacular views of the Llŷn peninsula.

I also like to frame a view though something. I often take a picture framed by a hole in a wall, a window or an arch. I like your picture also because you have the lights from the town with the contrast with the sky over the hill.
