Awning Issue

Hi, has anyone either had this / know how to fix it ?

Awning “leg” near rear is lower than other wind out leg. Ive had a look at setup and both sides seem the same.

Are you querying the cranked arm or the supporting vertical leg?
If it is the cranked arm, does the awning wind out to the full extent ok?
If it is the vertical leg, well you should always have the awning sloping down to one corner for drainage purposes anyway.
When you wind out your awning, you should really only go about half a meter out before dropping the support legs otherwise you could stress the awning mechanisms.
