T6 Cali On Order
Hi, thinking of downsizing from a coach built motorhome to a vw.

Looking at a california ocean on a T6.1.

Toilet is a must, is there space for a porta potti at the foot of the bed when the bed is down for use overnight? Any photos showing one in place with bed down would be helpful

I have the Thetford 92828 Porta Potti 335 and this works a treat plenty of room at foot of bed. We are family of 4 and use it in the night.

From experience we think the Trebolo is easier and more convenient in every way. It weighs much less than the 335 and is always ready for when you need it, and you don’t have the worry of having to find a CDP if away from campsites.

Get a BOXIO plus the base to raise to best s(h)itting height. Fits in gap between fridge and drivers seat on T7. Bed fully down, no problem!

Hundreds of posts and opinions on this. Search top right is your friend. And similar posts, below. Most of us night pee’ers have the Thetford 335. Other brands are available. A number of posts on where to store. Ours is in the SpaceMate. We avoid a footstool to pretend we don't carry our own piddle around in a plastic box.

I think you mean 'trobolo wandago' look for 'trobolo' on the forum for more info.

Some put the PortaPotti 335 in the boot. I put mine under the sink area.
Only thing is, remember to take it out of the cupboard before you make the bed.
Brandrup toiler holder, it keeps it in place and has a strap to easily lift it out.

We have the Thetford 345 (slightly bigger than the 335) it fits in the boot but not the kitchen cabinet.
Ours lives in an mdf box behind the drivers seat. It’s been a really useful step/table/seat. It just lifts off and popped to one side at night.

I geddit, but in a small van with limited kitchen space that deprives you of a lot of storage (at least it would for us anyway)
