I use a moka pot and early one dark morning I forgot to put the steel filter on top of the coffee and when the pot started boiling, coffee just exploded everywhere. Much of it landed on hard surfaces, but the headliner got a good spray of grinds and coffee. I think the headliner is replaceable, but I assume it's very pricey, so thought I should try a valet first. Am wondering though if anyone has been in this situation before and has advice? (If the valet is pointless I'd rather save the money and put it toward a headliner, or maybe someone has experience with what products to use/not use when trying to clean it?)

thanks.

I think you’ll be fine with a decent valet.
Coffee is soluble a should be able to be completely removed.
I did the same with a stove top milk frother and couldn’t believe how far that travelled in the house we were renting - I think we got it all
