I can see several threads on this subject but they are a few years old.
I see the Titan lock being well advertised, but is it long enough for my 6.1 ?
Any suggestions/experience would be appreciated.

I haven't seen that type before, Interesting!
Found this Whatcar article which might help although it doesn't list the Titan lock. Is there a reason for that?

We have the Stoplock Pro on our T6.1. Thus is available at Halfords and it fits tidily by the handbrake on the floor, the deeper model fits easily over the steering wheel hub.
At the end of the day, it is a deterrent only. When you fit your lock, steer the wheels to the kerb or to one side. This also makes it more difficult for the would be thief!

Don't discount a Disklock. Yes, they are clunky, heavy and look awful. But they are a great deterrent and, contrary to reviews by non-owners, are relatively easy to use and sit happily flat on the cab floor lodged against the seat bases whilst driving.
I fit mine every time I leave the van, it takes me less than a minute.

I received my Titan steering wheel lock today. Fits my 6.1 nicely and its compact and neat. It won't deter a determined thief but will definitely put off an opportunistic thief.14879.jpg14880.jpg

What size did you get please?
Did you look at the Milenco ones too - simple turn of a key and the handle.
Little bit less hassle than the above I'd imagine and very visible from a distance.

I almost bought one of these seat belt locks last week until I saw the auto express steering wheel locks test…… Certainly a deterrent for a opportunist thief but certainly not for one who has tools. Disk lock came out the best as they always do

Agree with @KevH - Disklock is great and sits neatly on cab floor. I think small is the size to get and are a huge deterrent.
