Electric hookup

Hi. Hope someone can help.
Just hooked up and control panel is showing alternating G and 3 pin plug symbol. At the top of the panel it is showing a big battery icon. Any ideas what’s wrong??

Out if interest, is this a problem / fix specific to the T5 or does it apply to the T6/6.1 also?
I try to make a note of these very helpful snippets just in case, mines a 6.1.

Not for the T6.1 I'm afraid.
