Anyone else booked trips for 2026 yet, and where are you going?

All these trips sound amazing! We’ve got a mini 5 day tour of the NE coming up in April, taking in Northumberland, Newcastle and Co Durham. Originally wanted to go to N Ireland but ferry is extortionate so will leave that until we can do a longer trip to justify the cost. Hoping we’ll have a nice summer to do some UK weekends too

Similar trip planned for September, till then 6 festivals, mostly folk, lined up, just shows the versatility of the cali. One includes a trip to Devon and Cornwall, having read Jamaica Inn the other year I'm really keen to go and have a look

The straw that breaks the camels back. Much further north than we want to go and we want to spend time in Lofoten instead. I haven't been to Lands End or John O'groats either.
I get that. We love the Lofoton islands, actually Norway is still our most favourite place in the world (although yet to see NZ). Enjoy!

I suspect you would probably love New Zealand. Long way to take the van. You may need to hire one!
;)
When you go, make time to visit the southern Alpes and Fiordlands.

Melrose 7s rugby followed by West Coast of Scotland in late spring followed by Sweden up to Arctic Circle (not Nordkapp) and down the length of Norway later in Summer.
Happy to blogg the Scandinavian trip if anyone is interested although thanks go out to @WelshGas for his informative blogs on this location.
Please do blog the trip if you have time

Happy too. But you will have to wait till August. I love hearing how others get on so hope it would provide some value to others.
Here's mine from 2014 if it helps............... :)

NC500 April
Scarborough June
Anglesey and Northern Ireland in July
Sandringham August
South East France October
Plus weekenders in between depending on the weather.

Hey everyone! Just booked some trips for the next 12 months...

Bolmynydd Camping Park in North Wales for May.
Dolomites trip in June (yet to sort... still researching).
Great Langdale NT site in the Lakes for July. (We've never been able to grab a spot before! Useless)
Bryn Ednyfed Caravan Site in Anglesey for August.

This is pretty damn organised for us. Usually, we're too busy to sort anything in advance.

We got our van in 2019 and have had one thing after the other since. Been really unlucky.
2024 was particularly tough. I was so unwell I barely left the house for that entire 12 months!

I'd love to book one more trip in the UK. Where have you got planned?
Some inspiration would be fab. Thank you!

The wheel ok ? Tyres rather bad, what you hit?

We have booked the Dieppe ferry for the beginning of may . Travelling down to south of France to Nice and around that area. Wherever the van takes us really. Nothing except ferry booked.
We are going to keep off the the toll roads as much as possible.

We are going to Kruger Park, Gonerezhou in Zimbabwe, then Mana Pools in Zimbabwe about 6 weeks and 10000km

Yorkshire Dales, we went to Silloth House camp site, just outside Austwick, off the A65 - small independent camp site. Quirky, basic, friendly owner, lots of charm
